    09-13355-71826 am afraid when item has arrived the inside of the lid is broken as not packaged separate of base or with enough bubble wrap. Also box very big and has obviously moved during transit causing damage which is a pity as was exactly what I was looking for. Can you advise how I go about getting a refund?
