    This seller advertised the tea set as new whilst knowing it was not new and that the packaging was damaged and coloured marked from newsprint. They also “forgot” to list the damage to the new item! No partial refund given as requested. A full refund was offered which was explained as not helpful five times. Utter waste of time I should have just given negative feedback as my actual truthful experience from the off but then most sellers care when they fall short. Not this one of 22yrs they say.
