  I’m really impressed with the Kobo eReader—it’s a fantastic alternative to the Kindle. One of the best features is that there are no ads, and you don’t need to jailbreak it to access all its functions. The reading experience is smooth and customisable, making it perfect for book lovers. The seller was excellent as well. My order was dispatched quickly, arrived on time, and was well-packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, I highly recommend both the Kobo eReader and this seller!

  Buyer beware!!! The item depicted in the advert is not what you are buying! Seller is not making the effort to fully display the correct item and unfortunately is misrepresenting the product. I have attached pictures to demonstrate what is being advertised and what actually turns up. I tried to resolve with the seller by pointing out his legal obligation to not falsely advertise his product, and although I was refunded, I was met with a very rude and very unprofessional response.   Item arrived completely unusable. Refund was issued but seller accused me of damaging the item on purpose. Completely pointless as I need a working gate opener so why would I damage. Now have to rebuy elsewhere. Strongly advise not to use this seller

  So you didnt have an existing gate opener that needed parts and thought, I know, I'll buy a gate opener on ebay, pretend the box got caught in a hurricane or tornado and then ask for a refund???? Seriously, I am on the verge of reporting you to the police for fraud, so I'd tread lightly if I were you. Ebay facilitate people like you but the police take a different stance. What comes around goes around buddy! Live like that and it impacts your life and those around you! Disgusting!

  The quality and cost of the toilet seat riser was/is great.. the issue was EVRI not honest regarding delivery as I have just had an op and was in the house ALL day when they apparently tried to deliver.. just to reiterate the toilet seat is great but Delivery was substandard.. I was in the house ALL day and they DIDNT try to drop parcel off and lied about it

  We offered to personally deliver this to you in the event that it didnt arrive in time for you. You are only 10 miles away so this was an option. We can't be held responsible for the actions of the courier. You are not leaving feedback for the courier here - you are leaving feedback for us. Please bear in mind, we cared enough to drive to you personally and deliver in the event it wasnt delivered in time for your return from hospital. Please revise your feedback. Thanks
