Excellent cookbook for both beginner or seasoned cook
I initially borrowed this cookbook from the library but after trying several recipes and finding them all winners I knew I had to have this book in my cookbook collection. Like many of Barefoot Contessa's recipes, they almost always are winners. This particular book has many no nonsense ingredient recipes. This book would be great for the beginner or the seasoned cook.
