  Item arrived not as described with significant amounts of higlighting, underlining and notes all over the book, the condition was descibed in the listing as 'very good' with no seller description. I contacted the seller and was informed that "I did mention that the book has marks" which was not true. The seller offered a return, but I expalined I was happy to keep the book for a partial refund. They offered a £1.73 partial refund which I reluctantly accepted. I have yet to recieve that refund.
