The seller sent me a damaged lamp. I sent him all the photos as he requested and I asked for a full refund.
He advertised the item as new but obviously it was not.
He never refunded me and he never replied to my 3 last messages, despite the fact that I am still trying to solve the issue.
I am really disappointed with this purchase as I wasted my money.
NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS SELLER...!!!

Hi, Buyer sent us the photos that he received a brand new item its not working but after one week of delivery buyer sent us an old lamp photo with claim that it is damaged. Yes, buyer wanted to resolve the issue and requested a full refund without the item return or send one more without the return of the first. We requested to return the item for a refund. Buyer also threatened us to leave the negative review if we do not send another one without the return of the first item. AVOID THE BUYER!!!

When I paid for a 14.5 Inch Lava lamp
I would give a wide birth and don’t trust the seller. I’ve never had an experience like this on EBay.
