    Item was described as “New without tags” but on opening item I found a charity tag for £10 reduced to £7.50 (I paid almost £30); and there were signs of wear. I cannot see how anyone can know if an item is “new” when purchased from a charity - at best, it’s had 3 previous owners. Seller told me she purchases in bulk from the charity to re-sell and agreed to it’s return, which I have done. I must say that I did deal somewhat “duped” when I found the tag.
