    A most coveted Whale Tail Tab "Paper Shaper" punch discontinued by Stampin UP. It offers a clean punch even with thin papers. The only paper punch I found that punches tabs flat, which I prefer. The item is used, but in great shape. Real clean! Looks great, just superficial scratches on the silver punch shape. It's pricey, but as discontinued goes, we gotta pay the market rate! This one was the least expensive for sale so I jumped on it. Received quickly - would buy again from this seller!
