    It was wrapped carefullly and survived transit, There was a missing breakway cable, which isn't the shipper's fault. It's old and has seen some wear, but overall saleable. Appearance good Quality good and the value to me is substantioal.

    The positive, I appreciate the opportunity to find a used item at a good price that I need for testing. The negative, the problem I have is that the seller claimed "fully operational and functions as intended". The items were NOT working when I received them. They are working now that I have swapped out the faulty rechargeable batteries. I don't believe they ever really tested the items before listing them.
