  Book arrived with no doll when the advert clearly stated elf on the shelf girl light doll and book. Was told to return for a refund, but my grand daughter had seen the book and wanted to keep it, under the circumstances I think they should have refunded as well.

  Thank you for your feedback. I apologised and acknowledged my mistake, these things can happen. However, the listing photos clearly showed what was included, and no doll was pictured. It was unreasonable to expect to keep the item and also receive a full refund because your granddaughter saw it, as that is beyond my control. I responded promptly and once the item was returned, I issued a full refund. I believe I acted fairly and within eBay’s guidelines, and I’m sorry you remain dissatisfied.
