    Hi Sorry about the envelope. I only send NEW envelopes. This was taken into the post office and receipt obtained. Do you know if it was opened? It worries me, it can only be handled by the girls in the post office and the Royal Mail staff. I only just picked up on this as I was leaving bulk feedback. I do hope you enjoy the Customs stamps to HV. Thanks Keith

Getting out of chair
I've had degenerative problems getting up over the last six years. My armchair is extremely comfortable, unlike those for old people! My problem has been getting up, the terrible pain. I've been used to staying in my chair for hours on end, even have a piddle bottle. Now I can get up easily, as often as I need. I genuinely believe this has helped my overall mobility, someone commented to me I'm walking better and I know I am. The only problem I have encountered was fitting the feet, I live alone and it was very hard work with my disabilities. Yes, half hour of very hard work. Get someone fit to help you!!
