    Packaging and a very poor service attitude. They sent me a pair of shorts that were basically crammed into a small plastic shipper. While cutting the package open at the very edge, I nicked the shorts and created a cut on the hem. My first communication was explaining what I just said and I received an auto response back about how they don’t do refunds. I sent another email explaining the situation again, and I received an email saying they use standard packaging. They will not issue a refund.

    I’m sorry that you feel that way, the mailing envelope is 10”X11” size which is perfect fit for the shorts and it can be easily open by hand doesn’t require scissor to open it. We do not refund since the damage wasn’t caused by us. Thank you.
