Unusual watch, great value for the money!
In spite of many complaints that I have read about the inability to adjust certain Vostok watch bracelets, my jeweler was able to remove links as needed without difficulty. The watch itself is well made, the bracelet could be a bit heavier to complement the solid build of the watch body, but this is a small issue. This is a time piece that because of its modest price, will be my go-to watch that I can use without worrying about damage for just about any occasion. It does, however, look much more expensive than it is, and that adds to it’s desirability, further making this a real bargain. I have had many compliments on this watch, and of course, the novelty of it being a Russian automatic timepiece with it’s roots going back to the Great Patriotic War sets it apart from so many “fashion watches” with run-of-the-mill quartz movements and cheaply constructed cases and straps. I am thoroughly enjoying this Vostok Amphibia Neptune, and I will definitely buy more Vostok built watches going forward.
