  I was thrilled when my offer was accepted for your Julia Child "Mastering the Art...". When my wife and I were married in 1974 we were given a copy of Volume 1, and we cooked dozens of recipes from the cookbook. To this day we still cook Julia's Boeuf Bourguignon a couple of times a year, and now I have a "like-new" copy of Volume 1, signed by Julia Child and inscribed "to Jim".
