  Poor communication..poor value...poor quality..did not come with an Australian plug to plug into wall ...all in all a lousy sale...seller drop. Ships ..so do not expect your item ..it's coming from China so he has yo order it for 50 cents to sell to you at 33 bucks ..so no plug for this expensive wall heater ...disappointing...waste of money and time waiting for the useless thing ..font bother buying off this person people ...

  After waiting almost 3 weeks for the so called evolutionary ceramic heater to arrive it finally was delivered today and has an European connection and cannot be plugged into our Australian standard socket! Such a complete waste of time and money,yes I could buy an adapter but that defeats the objective of having it plug directly into a wall socket!
