I contacted seller, he asked for photos, I sent photos, then for 4 days following that, I asked for a refund. I didnt hear a word. And you know its nearly impossible to "ask ebay to step in". I lose $12 for and "open box" product from UBeesize. I doubt the would send parts out the door that dont match.
