  A genuinely willing to negotiate seller, unlike many sellers they really mean "make an offer". A beautiful item at a great price even w/ shipping to the US from UK. Was packed well in a sturdy box. Looks just like the picture & is a genuine brand item. That being said, I had a question afterwards and got zero response after sending 2 messages & waiting several days to hear back from them. Crickets are never a beneficial customer service policy, but quality & value matter more, 5 stars.
