Excellent item for those looking to avoid paying full price.
This remote looks identical to the original and as far as I have used it operates exactly the same too. I have used it with Sharp and LG TVs.
The differences I spotted are that the battery cover is all plastic compared to the rubber exterior on the original, and that it is a lot lighter than the original. Subconsciously I do tend to think of lighter as being cheaper, but there's no logical reason for heavier being better.
If you want a remote that looks, operates and feels like the original then this isn't for you. If you are happy with it looking and operating like the original then it's a great product at a fraction of the price. I paid £3.99 each for two of these. At time of writing Sky are advertising their version for £19.99.
