    Avoid absolutely terrible service i asked if they could send a specific colour instead of multiple colours they said they didn't have that colour. Which was fine but instead of just sending the other colours to fulfill the order they never bothered sending anything. Then when I asked them nearly 2 weeks later what has happened with the order they just say we didn't have the colour you asked for so didn't send anything and ask me would I now like a refund. Absolutely terrible service.

    This seller has asked for colour red, my description states i will send mixed colours. Red was not avaialble and i had swiftly messaged the buyer. But instead i get a feedback to say why i didnt send out the item. There was no guarantee on buyer receiving red as stated in description to receive mixed coloours. After i told this to buyer there was no reply to say then wanted to proceed with the order. Without any further communicationn from the buyer, 2 weeks later they asked why i didnt send it.
