Left it over a week and still no item or updates from seller so messaged a few times over the next week with no response. Opened a case and immediately received response; still in hospital and unable to do anything for foreseeable. Requested ebay step in to action refund so seller wouldn't have to. Totally understand not a priority but wouldn't have taken anything to reply to one of my messages.
