  Everyone needs a 2nd,3rd,4th etc chance. Just because they don’t do what you ask of them. Doesn’t mean they won’t do what someone else asks of them in the future. But getting angry doesn’t help anyone. It only affects the person that is angry. So I the future I’m sure you will do what your customers ask of you. Instead of just collecting the money and sending the item out into the mail. That way you won’t have to make up stories of why you didn’t do what the customer ask of you enjoy your day
