    Shipping was quick; packaging was great, as described fell a little short due to the term “heavy” in the description. What I expected & what was received differed as nothing about this cup is heavy. Overall, it was still a good value & I’m very happy with my cup. I would like to recommend the word heavy be removed from the description for any similar items if in fact it doesn’t apply & photos to support the thickness of the item.
