Amazing Voice and Wonderful Instruments
'Eternal Light' is a truly remarkable CD from Elin Manahan Thomas. Elin has the most pure voice imaginable which soars beyond belief. She conveys an innocence lost to most modern day professional singers, whose recordings are often commercial and dull. The use of period instruments adds greatly to the arrangements performed on this CD. There are a number of highlights in this collection, although the fun of Arne's 'Where The Bee Sucks' is unforgettable! A simply beautiful mix of traditional favourites, with some more esoteric and academic pieces, all going to make 'Eternal Light' the most wonderful collection, and the most perfect present for anyone who has the slightest ear for good music. Forget the rest, Elin's is TRULY the voice of an angel.

Entertaining, Informative and relaxing read.
Really enjoyable book with instructive information, as well as anecdotal colour throughout, with attractive photos/illustrations. Bit-sized sections making for a relaxing read at any time of year. Highly recommended.
