  Honest review. I had some issues with my order - both in missing a part of it and how it was shipped. However, acter contacting the seller - they were very kind and offered a refund and to ship the additional missing part out if they find it. Shipping was also fast. I could leave a negative or neutral review, but, kindness goes a long way and - again, the seller responded and was very nice and made it right. I will love this cup, regardless! (TBT fangirl for life!)
