The purse chain is uneven—one side is shorter than the other. The seller only showed it hanging down, which doesn't draw your eye to the flaw. If they had shown it as you’d hold it for an evening out, it would be obvious the chain isn’t even. The seller should have been more upfront and noted it in the description.
