Si sono accavallate delle problematiche impronosticabili riguardo a questo ordine.
Sono costernato del problema, a volte capita che un articolo risulti esaurito e lo si sappia solo dopo.
Mi dispiace ricevere un feedback negativo considerando che ho avvisato il cliente della problematica.
Capisco tuttavia il feedback negativo e lo accetto come stimolo a migliorare.
Al cliente è stato annullato l’ordine ed è stato ridato l’importo totalmente.

Do not buy from this seller they ignored me when I asked for this to be cancelled three times for a month and after they sent it anyway while sending me automated messages saying they out of office, so I refused to pay import then they send me their first message to me saying I had to pay the import, I had it returned back to them then they ignored me again and refused to pay me my money back so ebay had to get involved and paid me my money back through the money back guarantee.
