  The item was shipped fast and the packaged well. I don't think the item was like new because the skirt part that's flowy was shorter than the lining. So it appears somebody hand wash this and by doing so the silk shrunk. It's a dry clean only item . And I have extensive experience with silk. And own a lot of silk and I buy a lot of silk things on eBay. A designer would not make the underlining longer than the actual skirt. Trying to fix it wet again to stretch, should work. Price GREAT !
