  Item was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately somewhere between dispatch and delivery some damage must have occurred to the package and the contents dropped out so that what was received was an empty paper envelope. I contacted the seller and they arranged an immediate full refund. Occasionally things do go wrong with transactions but as a shopper all I need is to know I can rely on the seller to act fairly and this is what occurred.

  The DVD box set was advertised as “new and sealed”. When it arrived, it wasn’t sealed, clearly wasn’t new, one disk has scratches on it and the box is damaged in several places. The item was poorly wrapped with no bubble wrap to protect it, though arrived promptly. When I messaged the seller they apologised and said that it had been advertised as new and sealed “by mistake” - but they chose “New” as the condition and repeated “New and Sealed” in the written description.

  The seller cancelled the order and refunded me without providing a reason. There was no communication from the seller to me either. I contacted ebay and filed a formal complaint against the seller. I would not recommend this seller to anyone and advise to find a trustworthy reputable company to buy from.
