    Great B vitamins. Had already got them from the website before this. I take 1 a day as that seems like enough according to the RDA stated.. i also take half a dose of liwuid b12 under the tongue. so then these last 6 months instead of 3.. these are more natural than most due to one of the B vitamins being more healthy. Highly recommended.
