I rate this as a positive experience only because the seller handled the situation so incredibly. It was heartbreaking to have the box and item arrive damaged in such a way. The item and shipping box was terribly damaged in shipping. I don’t understand how those handling these one of a kind items during shipping can be so thoughtless as to damage this box and item in the box so badly, and, not give any apology. The seller was very kind and also gave me a full refund.
