    Seller poorly packaged candle despite my reaching out in advance to request appropriate wrapping. Item arrived broken in half. Seller made me take time out of an extremely busy schedule to ship literal garbage back to them, instead of just disposing of an unusable candlestick. Seller displayed poor communication due to limited English proficiency.

    The package was packed safely. USPS delivered the package with damage . I believe it was not my fault. . Give full refund and the buyer insulted me with all sorts of words via text. It’s awful.
