    Item was not what was described, but the seller handled things well, and I received a refund. Honestly, you can't ask for more than that in this type of situation.     Well good news it filled the hole it opens and closes which my other one didn't but it doesn't read the CD so it didn't work like I expected but we decided to keep it because we can't afford to send it back it was cheap enough not to worry about didn't want to leave a hole in the side of the computer
