  AVOID! WORST EBAYER! 2 weeks to arrive. package n product appeared genuine. HOWEVER when I switched it on. The voice prompts n sound quality were terrible. Checked the serial number with BOSE which confirmed it was a FAKE. Seller tried offering a discount. EBay case raised and seller then offered a return. Case then closed. Seller has received the item and now ignoring messages and Not refunding my money £120. EBay useless. Can’t help as case isn’t active. NO BUYER PROTECTION.
