  Shipping took 3 weeks, and there is a broken piece on the product. Doesn't affect the working of the vacuum, but it is annoying for when you need to take the roller off or on the wand. It looks fine. I didn't even realize it was broken til I went to put it on the wand and the little piece just fell off. Definitely wouldn't have paid $44 for a broken part

  You say you didnt check the item when received shouldnt accuse the seller. Wasnt broken when we shipped it a 1/32 in flimsy plastic clip joint will certainly brake if you drop it on the hard floor but you didnt notice that either. If indeed was broken when we wrapped it to ship it would have simply fallen out then. Sorry but not realistic in and or appreciative sinceThese motorized floor brushes retail for 129.99. 44 is about 30% . it and an expendable which costs a few dollars. . Im sorry
