    Shipping took 3 weeks, and there is a broken piece on the product. Doesn't affect the working of the vacuum, but it is annoying for when you need to take the roller off or on the wand. It looks fine. I didn't even realize it was broken til I went to put it on the wand and the little piece just fell off. Definitely wouldn't have paid $44 for a broken part
