  Really well packaged in cling film, in a box then covered in thick bubble wrap and another layer of clingfilm. Came with the wrong power lead, so I messaged the seller who promptly replied and posted out a new lead which arrived next morning. Item works fine but I did have to buy a remote control as the item didn't come with one. I also bought a telescopic aerial which was useless so I replaced it with an external aerial and everything works fine now. Good seller and communication.

  This sale had a twist to it, postage was £8.41 but due to size and weight had to be posted using Parcel Force which added an extra £20 to postage cost after sale. After removing the taped together (dead short) left speaker cables probably cause the damage to amplifier. Good news is it was packed well and received in as described condition.

  I fully intended to return this faulty item, and contacted the seller to that effect. However, he has very graciously said i can keep the item and try to get it repaired by someone. He also refunded my payment. A very honest seller. There is now no need for the return to happen.
