    Very unrelyable seller. Sold a faulty massager .avoided communication for days ,no answers for emails. Finally returned the item asking ebay for help .after 4 weeks the faulty item is returned to my home address as the seller did not recieve the item from royal mail in 2 continuous attempts ,mean whileSeller avoided the refund .very bad experience. Disgusting behaviour .6 weeks in process for refund which still had not been recieved as the seller is hiding away .NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL .

    Impossible to give a refund when I never received the item back. You can not go back to a shop asking for a refund without having the item you purchased present with you. Despite you receiving a refund of Ebay I still never received the item back however was not out of pocket. As to the item being faulty, it was tested before sending and was working.
