The mug that made it to me was great! However, shipping was terrible. The box was definitely too small for both items, leaving to one item being broken en route. There also was not near enough padding for two mugs; glassware requires a significant amount. For the shipping cost, I was expecting a bit better. However, the seller did refund me half the purchase amount, which I was grateful for.
