  Item was correctly packed, tested, with seals and all attention. CMOS battery changed, tested all good, then the buyer send me a picture that the dvd-disc is broken in (pushed in) the case... Sorry i do not send defective item as it is non-sense, time consuming and why would i take all precautions and sending a supposely broken DVD when i have 200 here in my warehouse ? Anyway, offered a full refund but the buyer rejects it, saying he is technician and will fix the issue probably caused by him.
