Product was ok, but doesn't work 100% wi...

Product was ok, but doesn't work 100% with 2019 LG C9 Oled, my original remote worked with both the TV and my Sonos sound bar connected via optical cable. This one does not. It may work if the soundbar used ARC via HDMI.
