    Item arrived with missing parts (fan retaining clips), asked seller for partial refund, they refused saying I need to return the whole item which I wasn't prepared to do. I've had to purchase my own fan retaining clips so I can attach the fan to the cooler. I should have just bought this off amazon as it has now cost me more than what it would have done if I'd just purchased it from Amazon originally.
