media profile and firmware upgrade issues
After a couple hundred dollars of a technicians time and failed firmware upgrade attempts to resolve media profile loading errors, technician suggested swapping out the hard drive with replacement..... easy to swap out, just a a few screws to undo and plugged it in... did not need technician for install. New Drive came with latest firmware and works like a charm! Thank you Ebay!
