Received item but paid duties and high shipping cost. Vendor communication seemed confrontational. We will not recommend this vendor.

Buyer withheld information on which item was accidently shipped, only stating they received ONE item out of the 2 they ordered. Played games for 30 lines of communication before disclosing they DID receive 2 items but one was incorrect. Once I received the truth the buyer was immediately refunded. I'm a small shop with a proven impeccable record. I will not be doing business with this buyer going forward to avoid any further complications.

Wrong item was shipped. We asked many times to look at their inventory to which the seller used an assertive tone. We have paid shipping and duties. When we informed the vendor of the mixup, the seller said that all this was time wasted and that we should have come forward from the get go. Unfortunately, this vendor did not send the right item which happens but was not patient to go through their listed item to verify of the error. We returned the item, got refunded. Item relisted with shipping.
