  Bought the belt but the description was wing. It was not new and had no tags and not in original packaging. Very disappointed with response from seller and while expense!

  The buyer initially claimed the item was fake, later changing the reason to it not being new. I promptly responded with clear evidence that the item was purchased from a reputable online retailer, confirming that it is both genuine and new. I still offered the buyer a return and refund to resolve the matter amicably and ensure their satisfaction. However, the buyer has not returned the item, yet proceeded to leave negative feedback. Make it make sense!⁉️
