    Very good seller, quick delivery, packaged very, very well. Unfortunately the scanner did not work upon arrival. I contacted the seller and explained and he/she refunded me quickly. A bit of a shame as everything was in nice condition. However, there was no negative/slide holder included.

    Unfortunately the controller being sold arrived with some small but VERY noticeable stick drift on the left stick. I had to inform the seller about this - and to be honest - they were great about the return. Once initiated they provided a return postage barcode from eBay that had the corrrect prepayment charge and the return process was very quick indeed. Within hours of receiving the controller back they had initiated a return to my payment account. Much more honest than some.
