    It's a beautiful pendant but took from July3 to July 21 to arrive, Missouri to Arizona. Why?

    I looked at the shipping history on this transaction. You purchased on July 3 and with the 3 day handling over the Holiday weekend, it shipped out accordingly on July 9. It looks like it reached AZ on July 12, but USPS sent back to Dallas for some reason and then it travelled again to AZ and was delivered by July 21. USPS has hiccups sometimes and unfortunately as eBay sellers, once we hand over our item to them for shipping, it is out of our control. I am glad the item arrived!
