  I purchased a dress and paid promptly for the item. Time passed and it did not arrive so I messaged the seller to ask if it had been dispatched as there was no reference to dispatch on the sale invoice. I had no reply. After more time passed I messaged again but no reply. I then asked eBay to help and they have also contacted the seller but as there has been no reply eBay have given me a refund. I am grateful for their help and I am sorry that I cannot recommend this seller.
