Premetto che non avevo mai assaggiato questo tipo di tartufo e purtroppo non soddisfa il mio palato, d'altronde il cibo è solo questione di gusto e questo tipo di tartufo non mi dà nessuna soddisfazione in quanto è troppo leggero o delicato e sono abituato ad un tartufo molto più intenso. Per quanto riguarda l'olio trovo che sia buono e intenso. Grazie comunque per la qualità dell'imballo e la rapidità della spedizione.
