  the seller described the hat brooch as 18k gold plated, when i received it, the brooch was a completely different shape as shown on the picture. there was not a hall mark on the brooch showing it was gold plated. they refunded my purchase price but did not refund the postage i had to pay to return the brooch. i am out of pocket for the postage for something that was not what i ordered, i received a substandard brooch where clearly the description was misleading.
