Slow, inefficient and unprofessional. Card arrived, eventually, due to requiring "5 business days handling time after receipt of cleared payment." No tracking provided. Charged $4.50 for shipping a card in a plain letter envelope with a 68 cent stamp which was a bit excessive. Would not recommend buying from.....

Some people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about. Five day handling time and the flat rate shipping cost were clearly listed. If the buyer wasn't OK with the terms outlined, he shouldn't have purchased. Simple as that.
